Our coverage of the NFL has just begun. We have many tales to tell and we believe you do to. So while we are just getting started around here (we have created pages for every team and and every season for both of our decades - that's over 1000 pages!), please feel free to share your favorite NFL moments of the 1970s and 1980s by going to the appropriate page for your team/year and clicking on the Share Your Memories link near the bottom of the page.

We've tried to make it easy to find what you are looking for. You can choose a season from the list on the left (or any team from the drop down below it) from any NFL page on this site.

Known Issues

We have only written summaries/analysis for a few of the pages (1983 draft, Super Bowl XXIII, for example). We will eventually have such summaries for absolutely every page.

On each page for each team is a list of the team's record, who the coach was, and their draft pick (the 1976 New England Patriots, for example). We are aware that most of this information is invalid (for most teams the information is for the 1970 season regardless of what year it actually is). Entering all of this is a time consuming task, which I am working on here at 1:00 a.m., and will be completed shortly. Sorry.
